Can Someone Check this for me? Wheatley Exchange

Been waiting for a fibre upgrade for quite a while and BT are really not giving us any information on what is going on, The site said before it was due in 6 months now looks to be under review.

the line is connected to Cabinet 12 on the Wheatly Exchange.

Could someone who is able to check shed any light on this?
