Tarrington Exchange WNTRR (Herefordshire)

Hi everyone.

Is anyone able to garner any information regarding the Tarrington exchange in Herefordshire.

Initially it was due to be upgraded by the end of December 2014. That date came and went and until recently the fastershire website said by the end of March 2015. It now says you are connected to an exchange only line and now date is specified. All of Tarrington appears to be EO (from the post codes I have been typing in) and has around 230 residential properties.

On the when and where bt openworld site, it simply states a question mark with a note saying they are keen to bring fibre to the area but are investigating ways to do it.

Theres quite a lot of conflicting info, does anyone have any firm info?

Cannot supply any dates, but looks like one cabinet supplied FTTC and the rest will be FTTP - but plans can change. No information on timeline.

Suspect the main cluster in Tarrington and little Tarrington will form the cabinet with FTTC, and the outlying EO Stoke Edith and Yarkhill likely to be the FTTP areas

As an update to this, there is a new PCP and fibre cabinet installed outside the Tarrington exchange, so work is going on, still no indication of when FTTC will be available. Tarrington Arms pub still showing as EO (i.e. No cabinet) Just have to wait!
