curious about area rollout

I am on cabinet 4 Senghenydd exchange awaiting power. FTTC is coming here in March, my question is when an area gets fibre do all the cabinets that are going to be enabled go live at the same time, or do they enable the cabinets one by one over a period of time.

It varies and depends a lot on the individual aspects of each cabinet, and some areas can be slower if they are due to be FTTP enabled.
