Hello,
I have a strange problem when trying to upgrade from ADSL to Fibre with Sky.
All the checks I have done (BT, TalkTalk, EE, PlusNet) say that I can get Fibre in my address (at 38 or 76Mbps). http://www.dslchecker.bt.com for my address returns:
Cabinet: Exchange SUTTON CHEAM is served by Cabinet 58
High Low High Low
FTTC Range A (Clean) 80 69.4 20 20 -- Available
FTTC Range B (Impacted) 80 60.7 20 12.2 -- Available
So everything looks fine. However, the Sky online system just says "NO". I discussed this with the Sky support people and their tests also show that I should be able to get Fibre.
Anyone has seen a similar case? Could this be a problem with just my line (or somewhere within Sky)?
Samknows says that my postcode is FTTC is enabled, but if I add my phone number it says that is not. How can my building has FTTC but my line not?
Thanks for any advice.
