I have read this forum for years but have only just registered in the hope that someone can advise.
I have had the issue with the BT hub 5 dropping connection. BT seem to have fixed this but due to all the disconnections my speed has gone from 70Mbs to 45Mbs on speed tests.
The profile shows a higher rate but i can't acheive this on a speed test.
