Connecting Cambs Confusion

So according to the map

March Road in Turves is live... and Burnthouse Road is not.. But the thing is, they are all EO lines and need a PCP and NGA Cab (P4)

If you click on the green section over Turves it says P1 Live, but that cab serves some houses in Coates and none in Turves, And P4 (The new cab) live by the end of July.

So, how can they show a green for March Road if the cab is not live?

It would be easier to get blood out of a stone than a reply for info from Connecting Cambs.

I have tried many times and I just gave up trying after they just ignored emails and twitter posts.
