Harbury exchange cabinet 5

Hi,

How do I check if there are any plans to upgrade a cabinet for FTTC?
The Harbury exchange (CMHARBU) has been upgraded but cabinet 5 that we're connected to hasn't been, and checked shows no dates.
Can see 1-4 cabs have been but no mention of 5. Any way of checking with BT etc?
