Drop in connection speed after FW upgrade

I have just upgraded my HG612 from SP06 to SP10 and my line speed has dropped from

79987 to 72042.

There have been some changes to take into account.

My attainable rates and SNR have changed as of this morning before I upgraded.

My SNR was 7.5 Yesterday with an attainable of 82Mbps.

This morning it the SNR was 14.5 with an attainable of 82Mbps

A reboot did not change this. I have been meaning to upgrade the firmware for a while so I got to it. All went well with the upgrade but I found more changes after.

My SNR is now 6.2 with an attainable of 90Mbps but the Line Speed is only 72042.

Is this normal or is something gone a little "wonky" ?

That's the wrong one. See this post and thread. Note the 30 in the last in the list, later than the 28 in yours.

It could be your cabinet is now putting out G.INP and your version doesn't handle it. That has bad results - has your latency shot up as well?

If you want unlocked, there is one of the latest.

Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync zilch (problem somewhere) since 11:46a.m. 24/3/15

I have found

bcm96368MVWG_fs_kernel_HG612V100R001C01B030SP08_webgui

So will install that one vs the SP10.

And yes my Ping has gone up a little, not much, around 10-15ms.

Ok, so a few changes once again but all is good.

G.INP Is on. and my line is now at 79999 vs its old 79987 and the upload is at 20000 vs 19999
Thanks for that, I wrongly assumed the SP10 was the newest.
