I'm on an ECI cabinet and currently use a Billion 8800NL and I have also used both ECI and Huawei modems. The ECI modem synced at ~48 Mbps, the Huawei at ~52 Mbps and the 8800NL currently syncs at just over 55 Mbps.

The 880NL, with the current 14h firmware, supports G.INP, vectoring and profiles up to 17a. 30a isn't important because there are no plans to use it in the UK.
