FTTC/P Abergele cabinet 8

Anyone that can find more info than that provided by CodeLook? Postcode search returns:

Abergele, Clwyd 3,369m ADSL ADSL2+ FTTP Planned (exchange ready 2nd July 2014) P8 100%

The exchange has been ready since December, but not sure what the deal is with just FTTP info being returned. Afaik, these aren't EO lines, what with it stating Cabinet 8.

Cab 8 will be FTTC, maybe over the next few months
