Given the moans about estimated dates that slip, the tendency is to give out any date that is a long way away from what they hope to achieve, i.e. giving you a long date so you cannot complain about the date slipping.
Is it both the new green phone cabinet with a fibre twin that has been stood? Even if both are stood apparently there is a shortage of staff to do the live move of people from live network to the cabinets, i.e. the pace of the roll-out is such that there is not enough experience staff, and as it involves moving phone lines they are trying to ensure experienced staff do it.
