TalkTalk FTTC ping increase

My ping times doubled last night from a stable 10ms to 20ms+. I'm on TalkTalk using their super router. Would G.INP cause this sort of increase?

I'm about 300-400m from the cabinet and sync at around 77/20. Until now all has been fine and line has been really stable, no dropouts etc.

Or just good old interleaving kicking in, or a network re-route by TalkTalk, or could be G.INP

getting massive ping spikes now, interleaving wouldnt do that surely?
