So here is my situation, I live on a semi recent new build estate (two years old now). Several of my neighbours CAN get FTTC (including my next door neighbour) but my address and postcode only shows up as standard ADSL available and has done since I moved in. I check dslchecker.bt.com every other day. I know that everyone on the small estate (30? houses) are served by Cabinet99 off of the Mansfield exchange.
In an attempt to kick my property into life I ordered a POTS service via ZEN, I have the number, line went live and works, my billing started a couple of weeks ago. But still no sign of FTTC for my address or line number.
I tried talking to my line provider but their sales team gave me the standard "maybe the cab is at capacity". If that is the case why would I be able to order FTTC against next doors address (both sides!).
If anyone could give me some pointers it would be much appreciated!
