Sorry I was under the impression it was an enabled exchange BT came and said there bit after the cabinet was installed

It was jat strange it suddenly went to under review almost as if they had discovered a problem at cabinet level


Thank you for all your help
It could of been put on "Under Review" while they workout the best way to route the fibre to it etc, or there may of been some issues.

according to the open reach checker its gone back to enabled area as of this morning

Yep. Same for a couple of cabinets in my area, gone from UR back to EA. guess it was a bug on the open reach site.
