Advice on Stats for move to FTTC

Due to be getting FTTC in the next 4 weeks as our EO lines were switched over to a new cabinet on Friday. Dslam is in and just waiting the final commissioning.
My current stats from my fritzbox on ADSL Max are
attenuation 5db with a SNR of 12db on the downstream and
0Db and 28DB on the upstream.
I live next door to the cabinet, but I know the copper doesn't run direct to me mores the pity.
Are the stats good for possibly getting full speeds from FTTC?

With 5db downstream attenuation, and almost certainly the network rearrangement for the EO providing a cabinet in the exchange grounds or closer, you will be sorted. Order with impunity, and fret not

attenuation was 4db before the PCP went in, ( I live next door to exchange) and have watched all the progress with the PCP and FTTC going in side by side.
Cant wait for them to release it for order, finally.
