TalkTalk HG633 Strange Sync Issue

I was sent a new HG633 to use, I was using the HG533. I want the HG633 for its AC WiFi.

Anyway,

Using the OR modem all is fine but with the HG633 it will only connect at 64862kbps. It connects at this speed every time. No faster, no slower witch is odd.

Anyone have some input on this at all?

I have been waiting a week for TT's "Product Team" to get back to me but nothing thus far.

Sync has gone up slightly on its own now!

What is going on with this thing?

The OR DLM has lowered your noise margin and re-sync'ed..

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.

You might like to remove the WAN IP Address in that set of stats. Line 5.

According to the router it has not resynced..

Also, if i plug in my OR Modem my connection will go back to 79999

True.. but then the set up gets "odd"

I want the HG633 for its AC WiFi but it does not have a wan port so I have to have things as follows:

Phone Socket > HG612 > HG533 > HG633

I would rather not have all that "Clutter" in the corner of the Living Room if I can help it.

I just did a re-sync and and its back to 64862!!
