Talk talk super router with Sky

[link to this post]

Don't know if this is the right place but I have fttc with sky with the black router supplied. I have acquired a brand new talk talk super router and was wondering if there's a way to use that rather than the sky provided one as the wireless range is pretty poor. My son who is upstairs struggles to get any decent speed over wifi. I have extracted my log in details from the sky router but it seems the super router may be locked... Any ideas anyone???

Only way would be to keep using the SR102 and configure the TalkTalk device as a wireless access point, i.e. Sky device continues as a router and you just use Wireless part of the TalkTalk hub

Theory is shown at http://www.coolwebhome.co.uk/wap/configuring-wap.html different devices but the principles are the same
