FTTC 0mbps? How is this possible

Hi - today I have been getting 0.79mbps sync on the Fibre connection, here is an image:

Can anyone explain how this is possible? We are getting a downstream of about 7DB and everything was fine a few months ago. We have been in contact with the ISP but no resolution has been found just yet.

What is showing the 0.79 Mbps sync since your ip profile looks good suggesting there is a massive throughput problem rather than a vdsl issue

Are you by any chance on Plusnet?
