FTTC I wonder why

I live in a the small village of Torksey Lincs,the exchange was enabled for FTTC about 8 weeks ago,since then two nearby villages which are fed from Torksey exchange have been able to place orders, we have in the village itself 3 new cabinets yet we cannot order yet,is this normal to supply the satellite villages first

There is no absolute pattern, i.e. it varies from area depending on what teams are available for the different phases of work.

As far as I can see plans exist for all the cabinets so just a case of waiting
