Sorry for not answering, our fibre rollout programme is called "Connecting Cambridgeshire" and it is enabling fibre all around cambridgeshire to 90,000 - 95,000 premises around the county, I checked on the map of cabinets for the rollout and it says the cabinet that is fibre enabled is the Huawei 96 cabinet (smaller one round the corner) and doesn't mention the ECI 128/256 at the end of my road.
