A family member has just moved into a house served by this cabinet, previously when I checked the dslchecker it said fibre was available, now it shows nothing. Anyone got access to info to show why? Presuming capacity?
Probably a capacity issue, ideally the ISP you want to sign up with should be able to check deeper for you.
But yes cabinet was previously live for FTTC, so either
a) database error
b) capacity issue and message is missing
c) A vehicle demolished the cabinet and message is missing
d) Maybe an objection was made to the siting of the cabinet and it was subsequently removed
Your serving cabinet is enabled for fibre broadband however, from your postcode or the number you've entered, it seems you can't order it just yet. We are looking at ways to bring you fibre ASAP. Please keep checking back as we update our info regularly.
So yeah, so it could be any of those issues, but its leaning to a capacity issue I think.

Sorry I should have mentioned - the cabinet is in working order, walked past it, definitely has power.
