Need Help with TP-Link DT-W9980

Hi guys,
Once again i need your help. My new router arrived today and i am trying to connect it to my current ADSL settings so can compare it to my Netgear 834PN router.

Can any of you can give me some advice as to why i am getting this message!

I think we can ignore the third as it probably results from the first two.

The PPP connection fail is usually because you are failing to log in to your ISP with either:

- an incorrect username/password combination;

- incorrect VPI/VCI settings in the router.

Or of course, both. There may be another incorrect setting, but those are two most common.

I will try again but i am sure i have put the correct username & password. will also check VPI/VCI again.

VPI/VCI did look wrong you have 8/35 when they should be 0/38 usually on adsl2+

Grrr!

I use a touch-screen, and wondered why the first two pics were the same ... frown

. Must thumb more carefully!

Clearly the VPI/VCI is the problem.
