Another FTTC Cabinet?

I was surprise that roadwork org had a plan of another FTTC cabinet next to my area:

7 Sep - 9 Sep
Build 1 precast chamber 725mm x 255mm x 665mm deep in Footway,Excavate 1 location (s) to expose/ repair existing ducts in Footway,Install 10m of 1 way poly duct in Footway

Maybe my cabinet 8 is full?

Nothing about a new cabinet there.

A duct has collapsed and a section needs replacing. Nothing to do with FTTC.

Seems like they are just building a new chamber/pit around the faulty fibre.
