You say you had 30 Mbps sync at one point? Is that not reproducable now?

It is possible the DLM system has reacted to the errors and varying connection speeds, and if you now just let the line stay stable it will relent in a week or two.

I think your problem is a fault causing disconnections on your line. DLM has capped your speed in order to raise the noise margin from its default of 6 to try and combat the disconnections. The maximum data rate is showing what your line is capable of.

Thanks for the info, I have just checked the hub stats and for the first time since going live last Monday it has managed to stay connected for over 24 hours, I can pretty much guarantee if I restart the hub it will reconnect faster.

Yes Andrew, I have looked through the hub stats, so if the previous 3 reconnects were fine I don't know why when it reconnected the speed dropped and margin shot up.

20:00 14 Sept:
PPPoE is up -​ Down Rate=12915000Kbps, Up Rate=6145000Kbps; SNR Margin Down=6.3dB, Up=6.6dB

21:40 13 Sept:
PPPoE is up -​ Down Rate=29069000Kbps, Up Rate=6390000Kbps; SNR Margin Down=6.1dB, Up=6.4dB

02:11 13 Sept:
PPPoE is up -​ Down Rate=28249000Kbps, Up Rate=6450000Kbps; SNR Margin Down=6.8dB, Up=6.4dB

20:38 12 Sept:
PPPoE is up -​ Down Rate=28249000Kbps, Up Rate=6450000Kbps; SNR Margin Down=6.1dB, Up=6.3dB

Rang BT yesterday again!! The had reset something overnight and it connected at 34mb so all good until this evening it resync'd at 11mb so I call BT back reboot the hub and connected at 32mb.

They guy wasn't much help he is sending a new hub just encase it is that playing up if that's possible.

Can't offer you any help, but I do feel for you, what a nightmare of an issue to try and get sorted. good luck hope they get to the bottom of it.
