Hi,
Looking at a house to purchase in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
The BT checker says it's connected to cabinet 31, and says "Waiting list" in the availability date?
Am I right to assume it's a capacity problem?
Can and will BT upgrade the capacity at some stage?
Any more info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Zebs

Waiting list means capacity issue at Cabinet, Openreach believe within the next 90days a circuit would be provisioned. If unable to then the order will be cancelled at no cost (from BT Wholesale)
FTTC Range A (Clean) 40 30.8 7.7 5.5 -- Waiting list
FTTC Range B (Impacted) 34.4 19.2 7.7 4 -- Waiting list

Also says 'This PCP has a waiters list for FTTC services. You may place an order which will be dealt with in turn.;
Probably needs more cards or cable.

Sorry only slight hijack but I have the same with my local cabinet, 79 on EABNT, however I have yet to find a service provider that has heard of this new waiting list and therefore is unable to place an order for me.
Has anybody found an ISP that does know about this?
Thanks

See pages 13-17 of https://www.btwholesale.com/assets/documents/B2B/BTW...
I believe it was implemented last month

Surely BT retail would know about this?

In a similar place (sorry to hijack).
Moved into a new property in Wilmslow.
The ADSL Checker says there is a Waiting List and I can currently only get about 3MB.
How the heck do I get added to the Waiting List?

I believe you just order e.g. from BT retail
The waiting list orders are processed in turn as capacity becomes available.
