Bad line stats with VDSL isp ignoring fault!

Hi all
I have been having lots of errors showing on my line stats since i got my fttc installed around 8 weeks ago..

Is this anything to be worried about?
i have just installed new v3 sockets we have no extensions as we use voip..

i have already called EE and you know what that's like its like talking to monkeys. my 5 year old could do better..
Should i pay to get an engineer visit? will an engineer be able to find fix the problem

are the errors really a bad thing as my connection seems ok good sync etc
will the errors cause any problems in the long run ?
What Should i say to the Monkeys at EE

I don't think the amount of errors you are seeing is excessive. VDSL is always going to have errors in the data stream, all of which will normally be picked up and corrected. A perfect error free connection - I have yet to see one.

What are your speed tests like? Are you seeing 78/19 type speeds on te TBB speed tests?
The errors will not cause problems long term.
Leave EE alone and don't book a visit.

Do you mean the Openreach v3 VDSL2 filter plate?

That goes on the master, and you should only have one master.

Nothing too much wrong with that - the x6 could be smoother however there are several potential reasons for that, most out of your control!

My stats are showing 361044/59424 FEC errors! Albeit over 22 days ...

I got The BT FACEPLATE V3 also replaced my NTE5 as the old one was a none bt version and and a broken terminal...
