BTOR Developer Guide - How To Fibre

New version of the Openreach Developer's guide, which has split the copper and fibre into two separate guides: Openreach Developer's Guides

The copper guide no longer seems to mention laying any form of sub-ducting for future fibre.

Interesting to see there is now explicit information about "fibre infill" to new developments:
