Charts on labs.broadband.com request

In the thinkbroadband twitter feed an interesting chart was shown on the link below

Is it possible to get any such numbers out of labs.thinkbroadband.com to show that % kind of number, of those at speeds less than 5, 10, 15 and 30Mb for all the postcodes in my local MP's constituency or for a specific group of postcodes which I know are served by specific cabinets?
