I would be pleased if openreach replaced overhead line to pole near me instead of swapping pairs for same cable to fail again.

Also why is it Openreach say engineer will call prior to visit and they never do, no shows and no contact and lastly engineers phone goes to voice mail.

Until this reuccuring problem, I've only had openreach maybe 2-3 times in last 13 years.
