And for any of the possible delays there are only so many people working on the projects.

So a delay on a cab means teams go onto the next job and don't come back until the issue has been resolved and even then as they have an existing workload for many weeks it may be months before a spare work slot is found to do that final switch flip.

Mine took around 7 days after the silver lock was fitted. If it has the lock fitted it should be soon.

Same here it happen to my cabinet back in February 2014 saw the new silver lock was fitted and my fibre went available after few days.
