Tp-link Td-w9970 on sky pro

just purchased Tp-link Td-w9970 does anyone have a guide to get this working with sky pro

Hi BatBoy fast reply mate yes got username and password would like to use it as a all in one

You might need to check with TP-Link to see if it supports Sky's DHCP Option 60 and Option 61 authentication. If not they might have beta firmware available but as this is a discontinued model I wouldn't hold out much hope.

TP-Link have only recently started to support Sky fibre but from what I've heard the firmware for newer models is still at the beta testing stage.

I take it this model is unable to work with sky pro

It should be fine as a modem bridge but the router part may be unable to supply the necessary authentication
