Morning chaps,
Just been doing my usual check to see if any progress had been made on enabling the new cab that was recently installed for my street, as we are all EO lines.
Phone number comes back with the usual FTTC not available but out of curiosity I decided to check my address, and that's telling me FTTC is good to go.. Confused! That was the BT checker, so I checked to see if I could upgrade my account on Zen, and that says the same. Phone number comes back as only adsl2, address comes back saying FTTC..
Is this a problem with being on a EO line to begin with? Are the checkers not updated to reflect the fact a new cab was installed to get us FTTC, or is this just a database thing and I need to wait for an update?
If anyone can provide info, I would appreciate it.
