Exchange fibre enabled but no providers?

Good news. Your serving cabinet is enabled for fibre broadband. Please note, in a minority of instances that doesn't guarantee your availability. Contact your preferred communications provider for your home or business to order.

Now the issue is there are no providers, none. Thats comes up when you search for the exchange but to back this up I asked BT Openreach last year when they were out with me fixing a line. No providers at the exchange. Is this normal?. Is it just a waiting game? Its been like this for more than a year.

What results do you get for your number from this checker http://www.dslchecker.bt.com ?

Either your cabinet is full or you're too far from the cab to receive decent vdsl speeds. How far are you from your cab? Can you post the full results from the bt adsl checker? (Leaving out personal info)

Or at the very least name the exchange and cabinet.
