Recently I've been helping out a friend sort out an ISP for his new home and he wants to go FTTC.
When I checked his line a few weeks ago it showed as being served by Cab 38, but by the time he went to order, this was changed to a waiting list.
TalkTalk told him they could provision ADSL now and then he could upgrade to FTTC when the waiting list was removed.
When i have checked for him this morning his line is now listed as Exchange Only and no FTTC is available. this is the same on TalkTalk site, BT Wholesale and Digital Scotland BDUK site
If i change the search and use one of his neighbours in the same block of flats, their address shows as good to order.
Whats going on? Can a single line be "removed" from a cabinet?
