Recently my eci cabinet got upgraded so my line now has g.inp enabled. I've noticed since then the interleaving on my line seems to change almost daily at 3am.
My ping to bbc can be 15ms, 25ms or 35ms.
Why is it jumping around so much, if they line is unstable why doesn't it just stay high?

Are you on a static IP address with Zen, and if so you could set a Broadband Quality Monitor and put the public link in your sig. Like mine.
