Fibre at SWRSO exchange

I noticed that FTTx at my small (100 lines) exchange has been delayed by 12 months on http://www.superfast-cymru.com/where-and-when.

Anybody have extra info.

My guess is collapsed ducts between the headend (HAVEFORDWEST) and my exchange area a 3 mile run along the major trunk road, the A40.

Well I contacted SFC and got the reply

No, there is an issue with the design of the Exchange which means it needs to be re-planned. This is a large job and means we don't expect to get the work done until around this time next year

Does not really make sense; but hey ho.

Basically it was planned for 3 all in one cabinets to cover as many lines as possible,but seem to have decided that isn't a good design considering there are so few lines per cabinet. So may look at FTTRN
