Cabinet Capacity Full - Londonderry (NILDW exchange)

Hi Ive been trying to get Fibre now for over 2 years on the Londonderry (NILDW exchange) Cabinet number 31. Until about 6 months ago the BT checker said 'Capacity will restored soon' but over this time the Openreach support has constantly said check back again in 2 months.

A neighbour 4 doors away has fibre that he ordered 3 years ago but it seems no new orders can be placed .

So I was just wondering does anyone have any info on when this cabinet will be upgraded?

Cabinet is full to capacity. 2nd cabinet is planned. No dates yet
