Broken BTOR Where and when page again :(

Hello All

Well the topic says it all really.

All I get on their Where and when page is "Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate." this also happened last year, so I am wondering if their SSL Certificate has expired or they have changed something resulting in an invalid cert for the site.

Its ok, I found out why its broken.

Their SSL Cert has expired today

Probably too distracted by Ofcom splitting them out of BT to do their job.

Well I had to report it to them last year as well, which took them several hours to renew it, hopefully it will be faster due to the time it was reported.

Its where the last time it expired I reported it to Openreach and several hours later it had been renewed and I got a thanks for reporting email from openreach.

Yep, you are correct, Creative Edge owns the domain.

Quite a bit of BTs website is contracted out to "specialists" especially thise who have products which will save BT development time. Creative Edge are one of those suppliers to BT.

Seems to be sorted.

A web design company isnt necessarily responsible for maintenance of the hosting service, which is what the certificate would come under.

I just got a phone call 10 mins ago from the Helpdesk of Openreach also stating it working fine for them.

So from between 9 am to 4 pm the SSL Cert was renewed.
