Park Street Exchange, Cabinet 6

Cabinet 6 on Park Street Exchange has been in "Field Survey" stage for ages with no indication of when it will move to "Build" beyond the generic 9 months (which may have already passed!). I have tried emailing Openreach and Connected Counties but have had no helpful response. Does anyone know how I can get more information on the status/timing of this upgrade?
