Wasn't there a recent posting about another customer who saw the same thing?

An automatic upgrade that had gone wrong.... or similar.

Nice.

We are still wait for openreach to get off their backsides to resolve our FTTP.

The annoying thing is openreach have no clue what they are doing and saying.

We get the phone call stating the work has been done and to re-schedule the engineer visits to be told on the day by the engineer that the work hasn't been done and this has happened to a few of us on our hardware.

And have now been told our Splitter Node has to be surveyed again, what a joke.

I am starting to think their excuse od "It needs to be surveyed again" is their new fob off response to the classic "End of the Month" [censored].

So yeah, not really in a good mood either.

Good job you didn't mention to adslmax that you've ordered the 330Mb/s service when he's stuck with 80Mb/s. wink

Those attainable look higher than your previous, or are they the same? As it looks like simply been moved to a new port on the cabinet gave you a different set of crosstalk levels.

DLM always resets when you swap to another port at the cabinet.
