Coincidence??

I switched to BT Infinity1 on 1st August 2016 and my early speedtests were pushing 47/48Mbps.Over the first 2 weeks my IpProfile kept going down and I was getting about 43Mbps.

My immediate neighbour switched from Sky to Infinity1 two weeks later and my speedtests average jumped up virtually at the same time theirs went live and I'm back to 47/48Mbps.

Is this just coincidence? By the way recently running BTW Speedtest I haven't been provided with my IPProfile, instead I get "Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service"

Cross talk can be a funny beast, so without access to lots of data hard to say for sure.

It might be G.INP switching on and giving back some speed that was wasted with error correction too.

NOTE: Speeds can vary at any time, i.e. can go down and back up
