FTTx (C or P) - EO Line - London

Good Morning, I have a friend who lives in SE London and is connected to an Exchange Only (EO) line. Now I am aware that at this time work progress' for customers on EO lines with regards to getting fibre products. Is there any way of getting any information regarding his exchange? He is on Eltham (LSELT).

I have taken a few screen shots of details provided by the DSL checker and the OR When and Where page if these are needed.

No current plans for EO lines on that exchange at the moment.

I had an annoying feeling that would be the case... I wonder if/when they will do anything...
