Lots of action around my CAB

On my way home from work just now, I counted no less than 5 large Openreach vans outside my cab (SWTB CAB 3). Not sure what's going on but there are huge drums of cable and men working on both the Fibre and PCP cabs.

There are major roadworks going on quite close so maybe it's got something to do with re-arranging cables for that.

Anyone in the know in a position to find out?

Can you tell if they are replacing the PCP with a new shell? The current one has a hole rusted right through it and is south-westerly facing so get the full brunt of the heavy winds and rain we often get!!

If not, have you reported it as damage to the network on the OR site?

I mentioned it to an Openreach Engineer last year. He didn't seem too concerned. I'm pretty sure if it's that bad, they'd change it. There are enough of them working on it today.

Edit: Just been back past the cab and the door is open. I can now see that the door isn't rusted through - it just looks like it is
