Just wanted to say thanks to Lee and Dave - 2 OR engineers that did a fab job the other day resolving an FTTC related issue for me by "finding" and additional 20Mbps or so.

I won't go into details but just wanted to recognise them since often we forget to do that and instead focus on the negative stuff.

You could send Lee and Dave our way as well. Extra 20Mbps would multiply our download speeds tenfold...

I did send one but to a contact I have management in OR but good point.. I'll do that.
