If you email details then do a look at what everything says and if it does look like an error then do pester Openreach

I sent a message to the Digital Scotland BDUK people at the same time I posted here, got reply this morning that I took to mean "hmmmm that doesn't seem right" and saying they were going to investigate further.

Not had much luck with Digital Scotland before. They took 6 weeks to forward an email to the correct department last time I contacted them. They then sent the standard email about no fibre in the area keep checking even though they planned the install of the cabinet at the and of my road.
I'll message them anyway. The more the merrier.

Got another email from them this morning saying I should now be able to order, didn't believe them but yeah BT When & Where says its now available smile
