Late April Fools? (cabinet question)

I was checking my exchange (as I do) I'm on the CUMBERNAULD exchange cabinet 90

I see nothing has changed you know get my usual between 51/40 (i'm 800 metres away from the main exchange) but now i've noticed this

Surely I would be too far away for 330/30...............right?

330/30 is FTTP on demand.

Get the same on my cabinet. Says FTTP available but thats news to me, as all other checkers say its not

FTTP is not available. FTTPoD is.
