Line Monitoring software needed for FTTC

Hi,
Am having issues with my line and want some software to monitor (and log) all my disconnects, can anybody recommend something please?

OpenReach Fibre Modem failed last week, since last night have been running Draytek 130 on latest firmware.

Had a reconnect this morning around 06:30 and want to be able to log these to build a case against BT.

Last year I was getting 50mb+ then OpenReach cut our line by mistake while repairing another connection in our street. Since then have only managed 30mb+ and since end of March am down to 19mb and currently sync at 11400.

Got a couple of solutions in place now so got some good logging, seems my line drops every morning around 05:20....Sync has now dropped to 10847 and will continue to drop until its stable I guess? (AKA Never)
