As some of you may know, I'm moving from TalkTalk to BT.
The orders kept failing and so I emailed the BT CEO. The Executive team are having to get a new line installed because TalkTalk are refusing to release my number. So I have to get TalkTalk to cut my old line off and then BT can reclaim the number.
TalkTalk have set the bar even lower. I didn't think such a thing was possible.
