My entire estate can get fibre bar me, who would I contact?

Need some advice here guys. My estate has 40 houses. 38 of them are down as house numbers on the open reach site. 2 are down as plot numbers, 1 plot was never built on. Mine is the other.

When I check open reach I get the following

When I check the neighbours and everyone else in the estate.

Check with one of these Service Providers to see if they�re offering Ultrafast Fibre in your area.

So you see the problem, I think its down to the fact I am listed as a plot number, Although I am number 35 its down as Plot 35

Is the address correct with royal mail?

With RM its listed as a house number.

You need to get your ISP to contact Openreach and have them update their records.

Right I contacted BT who looked into everything and confirmed it is enabled but the address issue is the problem, they tried to change it but couldn't so have lodged some type of complaint and said they would get back to me in 72 hours

Sounds like they've asked Openreach to check and sort out their records.

Right guys an update. BT phoned me this evening, they have corrected the address information and guess what? No difference. In fact it's got worse. The BT Openreach checker has gone from saying in scope to right back to the start 'Exploring Solutions' meaning no plans.

The said they would sign me notify me when fibre is enabled which is useless. There is more to this and I don't know how to fix the issue. It was actually an Openreach engineer that told me the entire estate is fibre enabled last week when he was out. All FTTP. A small estate 40 houses all enabled are they just randomly gonna leave out 1 house? It's Openreach I need to speak to, BT are useless.

Post on the BT forums and one of the moderators should be able to help.

I did that, they told me to contact the FTTP team, which I did and who were equally as useless.
