What does WBC FTTP mean, and can I get it?

Hi,
I checked by postcode on BT's DSL checker, and it came up with FTTP on Demand at 300? Click here for the image =

Am I able to get FTTP, as it states that it is available?

Absolutely.
However be prepared to pay £3-5000 installation fees plus £300 a month for the first 3 years.

Excellent!
How would I go round ordering it? Should I just call up BT?

BT Business might entertain an order, but BT Consumer will not.
Spectrum Internet and FluidOne are two business providers that do sell the on demand version for those willing to enter into the high install and monthly fees.
